Break Glass in Case of Emergency

Break Glass in Case of Emergency : Ancient Earth sign often found written or inscribed in bold red letters on the glass cases surrounding fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire axes, and fire hoses that are protected by massive pieces of steel and glass to prevent accidental set off. In most cases this glass was actually quite unbreakable, bulletproof, tamper-proof, and prone to leaving the person attempting to break such glass in a state of utter headbanging frustration. So much so that in later centuries of Earth’s history, this glass was replaced with a rather large red button on which the words “Don’t Panicâ€? were inscribed.
